Opportunity Village supports Iowans with disabilities to achieve success at home, at work, and in the community.
Helping a person establish a comfortable and safe home, find meaningful employment, and become an active member of their community offers them a well-rounded and secure life.
We serve persons of all ages and many types of disabilities. Our emphasis is on "person-centered planning," which means the individual's wants and needs are taken into account at all stages, with their involvement in the decision-making process. We strive to provide the most independence possible for every person served.
Village services reach into more than 30 Iowa communities, including Clear Lake, Mason City, Garner, Forest City, Osage, Eagle Grove, Webster City, Fort Dodge, and Humboldt.
For more information about services at Opportunity Village, please contact Heather Curtis, Service Coordinator, at (641) 355-1248. Forms for admission are located on the Accessing Services page or from Ms. Curtis.
